    You go girl!

I have been wanting to get a fitbit, or one of those contraptions, but wasn't sure which one.

Get the fitbit! Get the fitbit!

Then the three of us can be FitBit friends online and support (and nag) each other!

Hi Momto3! Sounds like you're doing very well.

    Julia

p.s. I have a FitBit One and had a bodybugg for years before that - my vote
is for the FitBit. No monthly fee and it does the same thing.. also CHEAPER.

    Thanks, Julia.

I've been getting my daily 10K steps the last couple weeks. I'm really enjoying the walks and motivation to get those last few steps in if I'm close to my goal. It has been so refreshing to my soul also to get out in nature so often.

I joined a 30 day 100 push up challenge. It's been nice to see some strength gain.

I've been doing a couple 20 min cardio/ strength workouts- pull up, push up, squat etc and running once a week.

We've got a mud run in 9 days.

My digestion still is great. This is the longest I've gone without some reaction.

I do seem to over eat still. My weight and measurements continue to remain the same maybe even increased a bit.

    Sigh. Discouraging at times.

I know it may take awhile for this photo to show on the forums...

My progress is going backwards. at least in the weight department. Overall health is better. I am stronger in my strength workouts. But I am so very frustrated with my weight/ body.

Dont be so hard on yourself. I know.... easier said than done.

Working out more, makes me gain, at least temporarily. It also makes me even more hungry.

I am entertaining the idea of only walking for the month of August. My weight, inches are all on the hips and waist. Makes me think of my cortisol. We have a mud run in July and end of October. August should be a good month to take a break.

The mud run went well! I was happy with my performance. Felt strong on the obstacles, a bit weak on the running around mile 2, but finished strong. Yay! Lots of fun too.

My weight is the same. I bounce from 142.6 up to 144. Measurements are the same. Clothes fitting the same.

I decided not to renew my birth control pill Rx. I'm going to see how things go without any meds. There has been no endometriosis pain since getting treated for H Pylori and treating myself like a celiac. I have been feeling a lot better in that regard. Wa-hoo!

I'm still taking supplements for high cortisol. PS, rhodiola, krill oil.

Aloe juice, lglutamine and acacia powder for leaky gut

    Chromium for blood sugar.

Walking 2 miles almost daily. Getting my 10k steps in almost daily. Bodyweight 2x a week, run 3 miles once a week. 100 push up challenge.

I'm active. I'm strong. I'm eating real, nourishing foods. I'm healing. I'm enjoying my life, family & friends. I have purpose and meaning. I'm just not losing the belly fat. All things considered, I am doing well. I am enough.

Checking in. Still about the same. I took a week off of working out, but my lower back pain came back with a vengeance. I think I am meant to move.

I've set up a 12 week workout plan. 3 weeks of training, 1 week of easier.
    Continuing to walk.

I'm feeling ok without the birth control. Cycle day 14. It is an adjustment getting back in tune with my cycle and not depending on the pill.

Feeling more on edge with the kids though. My temper is right at the surface. Need to refocus on my breathing.
