Hey Folks, new here, wanting to use this to keep up with my food and workouts since I'm terrible about keep track of everything. Started at a crossfit gym in Jan. and trying to eat as best as I can. I've learned alot about food (almost said diet) since I started looking at this website so I finally signed up. Thanks guys!
Body Fat % 10.68(just got it check today, down from 13 when I started crossfit in Jan.)
