    New Guy!

    Primal Blueprint Expert Certification
    Hey Folks, new here, wanting to use this to keep up with my food and workouts since I'm terrible about keep track of everything. Started at a crossfit gym in Jan. and trying to eat as best as I can. I've learned alot about food (almost said diet) since I started looking at this website so I finally signed up. Thanks guys!

    Age:28
    Body Fat % 10.68(just got it check today, down from 13 when I started crossfit in Jan.)

    Gonna back track to monday so I can stay honest.

    Monday Food:
    B: 2 scramble eggs, spinach, avocado and chicken sauage.
    S: Almonds
    L: Baked flounder, mixed veggies.
    D: Turkey meatloaf from the paleomg webstie

    Workout:F. Squat/B. Squat
    4x4/6 @ 80-90% of front squat

    3 RFT
    6 deadlifts 225
    12 box jumps 24/20
    18 T2B

    D: Sweet potato soup (from paleomg website)
