I am new at this Primal Blueprint lifestyle. I am almost done reading Mark's book and recently got the cookbooks. So far, everything makes so much sense! However, I am confused about a few things and was hoping to find some answers here. I have found some discrepancies regarding foods to avoid but that are in recipes in the book (peas, mayonnaise, mustard, etc). Also, I thought jerky was listed under foods to avoid yet Mark also lists it under snacks. I was wondering about tamari and honey, too. I would really appreciate it if someone could clear this up for me!
