I also had terrible arthritis, had to walk with a cane. Now I sprint and climb things, and stand ten hours a day with no problem. I get at least 60% of my calories from animal fat most of the time, and coconut fat. Get plenty of saturated fat, it's very anti-inflammatory, even makes my skin clear!
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
