    So it begins...my last weekend in Philly. Not sure how to deal with these feelings. I've mostly been ignoring them, and when I think about them, sometimes I'm afraid that it'll all come crashing down on me like a tsunami and that I'll drown in it.

    How do you say goodbye after a 5-year relationship anyway? It is overwhelming, insane, scary, painful...

    I guess there is nothing to do but to walk right through the pain...

    It's so weird to leave everything...

    Just do it. It never gets easier. Past is always more comfortable than the future uncertainty. :-/

    Oh so hard. Just breathe and feel your feelings. You're doing the right thing.

    Don't worry, the end of the world is usually not the end of the world, so cheer up;

    I'm sorry Di <3

    You know, at least you've known this was coming for a while, and you've had time to adjust. Sudden changes are much more difficult to take. And I bet once you get out of Philli you'll be surprised how quickly you adapt to your new life. This part is painful, but the transformation will be amazing. What the catterpiller calls the end of the world, the butterfly calls the beginning (and all that )

    "I think the basic anti-aging diet is also the best diet for prevention and treatment of diabetes, scleroderma, and the various "connective tissue diseases." This would emphasize high protein, low unsaturated fats, low iron, and high antioxidant consumption, with a moderate or low starch consumption.

    In practice, this means that a major part of the diet should be milk, cheese, eggs, shellfish, fruits and coconut oil, with vitamin E and salt as the safest supplements."

    Not yet, but I'm at the airport. I cried through the security checkpoint. Then TSA pissed me off, and I stopped crying. But I'm still really sad. Life is so depressing sometimes...Why does everything have to hurt so much?

    Also, I can't believe I'm actually doing this! The feeling of unreality is overwhelming...
