I have a question do any of you guys sit down and count how many grams of protein per body weight or whatever or do you guys just eat? I had been reading some post some of this things sound time consuming trying to figure out all this grams of this and grams of that... I just sit down and eat till I feel good, I eat 3 eggs 5 or 6 slices of bacon big glass of water and about 5 strawberries for breakfast who else does that?
