Just a quick update, since reading Live to Eat a week or so ago, I have considerably upped my fruit and veg consumption, including some raw veg. I have lowered my fat intake a bit and upped my carbs to around 150-200g p/day, protein around 70-90g p/day.
I weighed myself last night, bit worrying, I’m 131 lbs now, the lowest I’ve been since my early teens!
