    take all your vegetables, cut them into bits, put the hard ones in a pot with some water, boil, add soft vegetables, boil, salt, pepper =soup.
    Starting waist measurement: 36". Current 35". First Goal 33".
    Starting backsquat: 50lbs. Current squat: 132lbs.

    I throw meat & veggies in the broiler (well fish) and I pan fry burgers (because I don't have a grill) - The broiler is the best invention, cooks everything really fast and you don't need too much seasoning because broiling brings out a delicious flavor from every food that goes in! If you do need to liven up say, chicken... Just douse it in olive oil!
