    OMG, soon! Patience! No time yet! Stuck at work right now...
    Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.

    Going strong now! Finished the old taco meat, had 3 duck eggs in coconut oil, bite of sauerkraut and some kombucha. Steaks are thawing in the fridge.

    Yesterday's workout was not great. Only got out 12 chin-ups in my first/only set, then 30 push-ups and 10 40-pound curls. Was first day back to work, had been awake far too long and was dehydrated, so I stopped there and went home to sleep. Today I brought water and have had sleep, this AM's workout should be a lot better!

    Went by the pharmacy's body fat machine, it was out of service. I unplugged it and let it reboot, it still wasn't working quite right...will swing by this AM again for kicks. And I WON'T buy a bar of chocolate as is my old habit when I stop there...because STEAKANDEGGZ!!!

    The meager sauerkraut and kombucha REALLY help the meat digest!

    EDIT: oh, yeah. I had coconut milk in my coffee yesterday before work. Frankly, it gets hard to remember much on my first day or two back at work...

    Carb refeed! 9 kiwis, two mangoes, 3 cup of blueberries, 12 ounces oyster, 9 servings of cashew - okay, still a little high-fat. Meh, I've definitely spiked my glucose mechanisms.

    Can't believe it's already day 13!!!

    Pics soon, for sure. I am pinching less and less fat at the love handle area. I don't have calipers, but my fingers know what tubby is. And my pants are falling down.

    Almost every meal is just steak and eggs now, but I'll record anything that isn't. When I wake up, I'm going to probably eat the bacon before it gets too old. It's been in there for a week already!

    I stink. I don't know if it's ketones or not, but I stink.

    I plan everything out the day before and tweak it until I have minimized the fat and maximized the carbs.

    Definitely sounds like you are generating some serious ketones. One thing I have noticed is that I have to constantly brush my teeth or my wife complains about my breath when I go VLC.

    Same here. I haven't jumped on the steakandeggs bandwagon just yet, but if I get under 50g or so of carbs in a day my wife offers me breath mints.
