MDA has already provided various links on benefits of good quality chocolate, but I'd like to share a bit more info & that the benefits of chocolate depend on if the chocolate was a hybrid vs. heirloom bean. The processing is also taken into account. I provided links for my favorite chocolate brands on the market and some brands have herbs and algae infused with the chocolate and only sweetened with coconut sugar or honey.
