There a deal on mama source for the majic veggie twister that turns zucchini and other veggies into "noodles". Hope it helps someone, $12 and that includes shipping. I have a spiral slicer that does the same thing and I love it!

That's a good deal and I like the small profile. Thanks for sharing!

If you eat rice, Asian stores often have white rice noodles that look and feel exactly like spaghetti, for less than half the cost of Tinkyada brand brown rice pasta sold in the natural or gluten-free department in supermarkets.

I buy tinkyada to make GF Mac and cheese for my daughter, I agree good texture! But since I'm LC I just make the veggie noodles for me!

You might want to try kelp noodles too. Sea Tangle brand is really good. I get them online at Netrition.com

They sop up whatever sauce you use nicely plus eliminating the need for any iodine supplementation.

THat looks FUN! But when I need my "spaghetti" fix, I sink my teeth into some delicious spaghetti squash!

Thanks, bought one of these! Whats the best sort of vegetable to use with this in keeping with the primal way of life?
