dammit---was it the oz of raw cocoa nib last night--just checked and ARGH it has oranic cane sugar and non gmo soy lethicin.

however, would just under an oz cause the stall or am I not eating enough?
I swear, I cannot eat another bite!

here are yesterday's foods---
coffee with cream
avocado
1/2 lb shrimp w/cocktail sauce--sh!t I bet the ketchup had sugar
a giant grilled rib eye I could not finish
handful of steamed asparagus

lots of warm water all day


doesn't look like a lot of food, certainly not compared to the massive quantities I would eat when starving from carbs, but enough to lose still?
just realized that my insomnia is back--wonder if that contributes to a stall?
