It's not bad, but it can be easy to overeat. I'd be anxious if I had to eat and plan for 6 meals a day but if you can keep your calories down, go for it. I'd suggest getting some help for the anxiety first, though.

Some of the strongest/leanest people I know (both in real life and online) eat often, very few of them do any fasting. Should be noted that they're all pretty damn active as well, and are also on the lower carb scale of paleo with some carb-ups every now and again.
