Well, even if i want to eat more seafood, i cant because i dont like it ..its
Disgusting for me...the smell etc So i thought the pills would be an option to get enough omega 3!
My take on omg-3:
you don't have to stuff yourself with these fatty acids if you don't have a diet promoting inflammation. Yes, omg-3's are good but if your diet is healthy (real whole foods, preference for mono-unsat and sat-fats, etc), why stuff yourself with omg-3 sups ? Eat well (pastured eggs, meat and most of all wild oily fish and the roe) and your needs won't be too big.
