I have been doing a little research (always a dangerous thing!) and think that I may have difficulty digesting fructose. I've had "stomach issues" for a few years and following a primal eating plan has reduced the problems somewhat but I still have some digestive distress.

It seems that some people are sensitive to FODMAP's (Fermentable Oligo-, Di- and Mono-saccharides And Polyols) and following a restricted FODMAP diet eliminates things like apples, dried fruits, coconut products (waaaahhh!) and veggies such as onions and tomatoes. Other things to give up such as wheat and artificial sweeteners are no problem on my primal plan.

Just wondering if anyone else had success eliminating/reducing FODMAP's in conjunction with following the PB. I hate the thought of giving up my coconut flour treats or grilled onions!
