Basically done now. Still eating steak and eggs, but also berries, lara bars, bananas, etc.

Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.

Final results weigh in today: -13.5 lbs (80% of this was in the first and final week)

This was a good springboard for my summer goal, lose 37 pounds by my 37th birthday (Sept. 5). It's ambitious but very doable especially with the large chunk that S&E took out of the total. So that leaves ~95 days to lose 23.5 lbs.

I think I'm going to take a few days off but then back into this strictly again. The format works for me and I was halfway doing it before this thread was started, eggs in the morning with cheese, small snack around noon if hungry (meat or cheese), steak for dinner, and 1-2 cups of coffee with heavy cream. Before the S&E challenge I hadn't really thought of combining the two into one meal. More than anything this has helped me focus on the details, eating when only when I need and keeping a consistent activity.

    Congrats Kegas!!! Very impressive.

I need to be more patient. I knew going into this that my body loves to maintain a certain weight. I'm making strength gains everywhere at the gym and my shoulders/arms/back/glutes are bigger while my weight is slightly down (meaning more lean mass and less body fat)...but I just wish I would see the scale move a little more.

I'm going to be even more strict with this routine week 3 and 4 with much less salt intake and see how I fare.
