Whew, today's refeed is much better than my legendary 10 pounds of food refeed last week. I'm only a little bloated and gassy; last week I felt like I might legitimately die from overeating. It felt like I was trying to pass pinecones through my guts. Much smarter to go more moderate instead of making the refeed a personal challenge.
I think this next week (Week 3) I'm going to go back to full-body heavy workouts instead of splits, and maybe aim for a little more steak and eggs on workout day and a bit less on rest days. Will probably be my last steak and egg week for this challenge, but I'll definitely do it again in the future.
