    Dat 2 - Fail....
    Rest day exercise wise,

    Am - 2 x Long Mac Coffee (milk)
    Lunch - 4 eggs scrambles 200g Rib eye
    Dinner - Fail... Pumkin and lental soup with sour cream
    Snack - 4 pieces of chocolate, Homemade choc chip biscuit, cup of tea with milk.

    Oh well try again this weekend, Today started with 1 hour in the pool and then bacon, beef sausage and 2 fried eggs for breakfast (not quite steak and eggs) and a long mac coffee.

    Went out to eat and had a delicious GF ribeye, rare, with a chimmichurri olive oil on it, good lord I think I am love. And with only 3 hours of sleep I thought I would be dead at work....but no, I was brimming with energy, even got a few good runs in!

    This morning I had some of my first carbs in a few days, fried up 3/4lb of bacon with a Shallot fried in the bacon grease.....was a sweeter shallot so maybe a couple carbs in there but it tasted like candy with the bacon! still drooling over it, I might have that again tomorrow.

    I havent exactly been training the last two days but I am ready to go again today. I definitely see my belly fat vanishing, flattest stomach I've ever had maybe??!

    Time to destroy my abs!

    edit: oh yea, I got the moms in check now

    Oh, yeah. I've weighed a lot less, but I've never been this thin. I bought some size 6 jeans and I can wear them. The belly flab is not just getting smaller but losing its looseness. I can feel my abs right there. Time to do some leg raises.

    Yeah me to, I added some onion, mushrooms and a jalapeno for flavor, there was probably a few carbs added as a result.

    Unless my scales where out, struggled through 1/2 a pound of rump steak and 3 eggs thus morning.

    I don't normally weigh or measure food, just eat when I'm hungry and stop when I'm full. Which is why I tend to under eat I guess.

    Here's what I'm expecting to eat today:

    Breakfast: 250g steak, 3 eggs and approx 1/2 cup of Brussels sprouts left from last night.

    Dinner: 200g steak, 6 eggs.

    That's a crap load of protein.
