Went out to eat and had a delicious GF ribeye, rare, with a chimmichurri olive oil on it, good lord I think I am love. And with only 3 hours of sleep I thought I would be dead at work....but no, I was brimming with energy, even got a few good runs in!
This morning I had some of my first carbs in a few days, fried up 3/4lb of bacon with a Shallot fried in the bacon grease.....was a sweeter shallot so maybe a couple carbs in there but it tasted like candy with the bacon! still drooling over it, I might have that again tomorrow.
I havent exactly been training the last two days but I am ready to go again today. I definitely see my belly fat vanishing, flattest stomach I've ever had maybe??!
Time to destroy my abs!
