What's your time frame? How much are you looking to lose?

I had a response typed out, but none of them were things that I could recommend in good conscience, so you'll have to provide more info on what exactly you are trying to do.

    Low carb Primal.

Or get a scalpel and a vacuum.

Option 3 is purposeful water manipulation like people who compete in weight classes do.

About 4 pounds in a week frame.
I have this thing in my weight lifting class where we have to lift weights according to our weight in order to win.

I've done this fruit detox before for 3 days, it consisted of 3 protein shakes per day (about 60g protein) and nothing but fruit, about 800 calories each a day total), this usually ended up with 3 pounds of temporary weight loss but I fear it will end up with some muscle loss which would be detrimental for my goal :P

Pfft. I cut 8 lbs in the past 48 hours.

Dandelion tea, cardio, tanning and high repetition lifting. Think 6 sets of 15 that burn like a bitch.

4 lbs? Pfft do that in one day. No water or food for 24 hrs (least minimal water only). Run off (sweat out) anything left over. Drink plenty of something with some electrolytes after weigh ins.

I've tried that before but it only budged me by about 2 pounds and I feel exhausted by the end of it
I have to be weighed then immediately I have to lift

You could check out Lyle McDonalds PSMF "Rapid Fatloss Diet". It's basically all protein and fish caps for X number of days. It cannot be sustained for long periods. It's essentially 0 carb, 0 fat (albeit you supplement EFAs) and high protein.

Have you done it before? I don't think I can do this because meat is relatively expensive unless I go for canned which contains a lot of sodium which might counteract my goal

    No money for that

**I've started the low carb primal which resulted in a quick 3 pound loss but it all gained back for some reason and it wont work for me anymore

I thought carbs cause you to retain water? Is it literally all carbs and zero fat/protein? Could sweet potatoes work too?
