It's that time of the year. Who's in for a May Whole 30?

Yeah guys. The sun's out and I'm ready to show off my new tattoos. What would go perfect with tattoos? Oh yeah, washboard abs.

I'm embarking on a Whole 30 (no dairy and no alcohol), which may extend until I go to the beach at the end of June.

WHO'S WITH ME? LET'S GO BLIND EVERYONE WITH SEXINESS!

I should really do this but i'm too non-conformist to join.
I used to seriously post here, now I prefer to troll.

    I'm in.

I need to quit dairy and see how it affects me.
Pasta was easy to give up. Melted cheese, I never thought I'd consider it.

I've been reading up about this and it sounds interesting, but I just started primal yesterday so I'm in the very baby stages of the process-will follow along though and cheer you all on

God, yes! I need need need to have a group to do this with -- I've been good giving up everything except dairy, too! My only real challenge is having a good, but quick, breakfast...as I make breakfast and then lunch for my kids before school, then get us all ready, etc...had just bought Primal Fuel (actually really bummed to see it contains 5 gms of sugar!) to use in a rockin' smoothie I like to make with kale, parsley, a little olive oil and ice. Any substitution suggestions? Also, can someone just quickly send me a reminder "break down" of a whole 30?

My biggest issue is alcohol, really. I'm a college student and I have a group of friends the size of an apartment complex, all of whom drink. It can be tough to turn down. But I have wanted six pack abs for so long, and this is the summer I'm going to get them.
