I had a steak yesterday and some nuts and a few pieces of bacon, that's all. I didn't finish the steak, but brought it home. And had a salad and some salsa (just ate it with a fork as it was thick enough) and a few asparagus spears. Delish.

No real cravings to speak of.

today it was 1.5 eggs (split 3 with my wife) with loads of raw sheeps cheese, leftover bacon and butter

Later on I ate a few figs and a handful of grapes, a total of maybe 20g carbs.

Now it's grassfed steak and collards for dinner

I LOVE spinach dip...and it sounds GREAT with pepperoni slices. Last weekend I pigged out on my wife's spinach and artichoke dip which is fantastic. Very high in fat

I'm going to make some pepperoni chips in the morning and take that, cheese chips and spinach dip for lunch. I'm going to make some spinach artichoke dip one night this week for lunches.

    sounds great.

I bought a small piece of veal liver and I'm going to make a pate for the next few days.

last night the grass fed steak and collards were great, and I put a bunch of extra butter in the collards. Grass fed steak is very lean. This was a skirt steak, very chewy but delicious. I ate the usual amount for me, about the amount in a deck of card sized piece more or less.

This morning I'm fasting until 2PM, not even butter tea, just tea or water.

I made regular spaghetti for the family with homemade meat sauce dinner. I sautéed some broccoli slaw and used that as my pasta and it was brilliant.

made pate this morning and ate some with pork rinds after my butter tea. Delish!

yesterday was fasting until around noon then ate steak leftovers and chicken, probably a little too much protein all at once, felt over full. Maybe 50g of protein. Ate a small dinner of fish and asparagus. And about 20g of carbs worth of blueberries and cherries.

I love this idea. And it's been awhile since I made something like broccoli slaw. Great ideas.
