    Sprouts and Wheat Grass?

    Primal Fuel
So, obviously just by the name I'm assuming that these would not be "approved" on the PB. Are they allowed? I know they have some really good health benefits, but do they count as a grain in the sprouted form?

Again, as always, if I've missed this info previously posted or in the book, my appologies. It's faster for me to ask when it's on my mind than to go home and look it up, if I even remember to.

    Thanks!

I would be more inclined to feed that kind of stuff to him http://yellowallpaper.files.wordpres...009/05/cow.jpg

What are the pros and cons of each? How harmful/helpful are they? I'd eat a grain that was actually healthy, maybe these ones are. Go by that.

Thanks, Stabby. That's about what I figured, but for the life of me I can't find anything in the PB book about it either way.
