Well if you are already dependent on a supplement, at least coffee is a food with good benefits. Cigs work really well too.

it's on amazon. also, nicotine is a laxative too. and there is always cascara. mag is important, but I recommend at least 1.5g of calcium a day. it just needs to be moved to the right places, which is where k, mag, etc; come into play.
i don't think you're salt depleted, but i'll warn you, calcium and potassium makes aldosterone a lot worse if you are. but we talked about this before, and you liberally salt your food.

Good point, Z. I will try coffee first. I'm not sure that I want to smoke every day. Doesn't seem as practical.
I'll start with quitting Mg for starters.

Funny, i think smoking a cig is way more practical then making coffee. I only smoke 1-3 a day though, coffee is a pain in the ass!

What?! Coffee is not a pain in the ass. I grind up beans every day and make a huge pot, it makes the house smell great and it's soooo good. That being said, I love doing elaborate kitchen related deals.

Clean the filter, fill the water thingy, grind the beans, wait 1 minute... UGH!

that's a lot of work, that's why i roll instant

Not a pain in the ass if you use instant... EDIT: like Derp said. I would sooner gnaw off my own arm than make coffee every day.
I only see it as impractical in the sense that if I smoke every morning someone that I don't want to notice is bound to notice by the smell on me. Tobacco isn't widely celebrated.

you're hanging out with the wrong people, we love the smell of tobacco on people. especially me.

Tell em to fuck off, smoking is healthy now. Show em the article about smokers not getting the black plague or whatever. I know i started smoking more after reading that.
