    Sleep/Energy:
    - 12am-8:45am. Awoke a couple times before that but overall felt rested
    - Bit of a crash around 4pm. Tobacco fixed that.

    Food/Digestion:
    - B: maple mango yoghurt, bit of honeydew
    - 8 oz coffee
    - L: can of tuna + 1 egg + bit of rice cooked in a little coconut oil, coconut aminos, and curry
    - D: prawns + 1 cup yoghurt w/ dill
    - S: cantaloupe w/ maple syrup and cinnamon, few spoonfuls of chocolate coconut ice cream
    - EDIT: a bit more ice cream. That makes about 1/2 cup total.

    I wasn't very hungry for that snack, but I was having this creeping suspicion that I hadn't eaten enough again today and when I checked… 1200 kcal max. What is going on with me?

    - Very small BMs after breakfast, coffee, and tobacco. Definitely not enough to account for the amount that I ate yesterday. I realized that I should have had gelatin this morning. That also helps.
    - Bloat is significant but not maxed out. The coffee definitely contributed.

    Supps:
    - tobacco - stimulated digestion more than the cup of coffee…
    - Mg - might take 100mg tonight. Not sure yet.
    - Cannabis - Also not sure. Depends on what's going on tonight.

    Acne:
    - Not getting worse. Finally.

    Exercise:
    - Pull up practice: jumping pull ups, half pull ups

    Mental:
    I still feel worn and apathetic. Possibly due to under eating and hopefully, please god, not to dairy.

    EDIT: A friend just asked me out and I said no. I SAID NO. I never say no. Ever. Doesn't matter how tired I am, I go. All the time. I'm so exhausted I can barely lift my head. And the thought of interacting with others... I am not like this. What is wrong...

    - Throughout the morning: small sweet potato w/ little butter and cinnamon, 2 eggs, coconut milk ice cream; bit of yoghurt, honeydew, watermelon, 6 dried strawberries (apple juice concentrate)
    - D: golden potatoes with feta cheese and 2 fried eggs, bit of rice with coconut aminos
    - S: rice w/ coconut aminos

    - Cramping and a BM after lunch. Gas after dinner
    - Bloat standard

    Supps:
    - Gelatin

    Acne:
    When do I start contributing this to dairy? I don't even want to leave my house because it takes so long to cover it all up with make up.

    Exercise:
    - Pull up practice. Getting noticeably stronger!
    - Push ups (10 x 2)
    - Jumping squats
    - Leg exercises with resistance bands
    - Carrying a massive, old school TV out of my car, through my house, and onto a TV stand. We were sweating afterwards and I was bleeding.

    I can see marked improvements in my strength on the pull up bar already! The musculature in my arms in palpable and my thighs feel tighter. Woot.

    I'm starting to think that coffee (and tobacco) actually make me more tired. I couldn't get out of bed for an hour and half after smoking this morning and now that I think about it, I used to have an energy crash after drinking yerba mate every day but didn't seem to get as tired if I forgot to drink it.

    Don't worry about saying no to friends because you're tired. That's a good reason. Saying no because you're afraid you won't be home in time, are embarrassed about your body, or worried you won't have a good time are all things to WTF over. People get tired. C'est la vie.
    You are very right I was more WTF-ing about why I was so tired in the first place.

    And, did you try that tummy massage thing? Takes a bit o' practice.
    I've tried it a few times but I seem to be very tender in my lower abdomen, which is not usual. Doctors were always pushing on my stomach and I never felt anything. I think it might actually be due to my irregularity recently... Build up and such. I will keep at it!

    Yeah seconded on the caffeine and tiredness. I had two coffees today and skipped lunch... and I feel tired and anxious. It sucks (but I just had some yogurt, eggs and butter and doing better I think...).
