I couldn't find the original video/article (I didn't really look that hard though lol) But I'll try to explain it, if you'd like to try:
1. Go into the restroom or make sure that you're alone. This is gonna be awkward.
2. Stand up straight, with legs shoulder width (or slightly wider) apart.
3. Using your fingertips, start a rolling massage in a counter-clockwise motion, starting at the center of your upper abdomen, going left, then down in a circle, to your bellybutton, and then upward, to the right.
4. Continue this massage repeatedly, going slowly and repeating the motions in certain spots, as needed. It may help to bend slightly forward, if you need.
If you feel any tenderness in specific areas, I suggest you stop the massage. Make sure your breathing is in the flow with the massage rhythm, too (if that makes sense.) Hope it helps!
I don't know if I my exercise is suppressing my appetite, or not. It might have an effect on my hunger, though, because yesterday I did not exercise at all and I ended up eating a lot! (more than I put in my journal, since i haven't updated it yet.) Sometimes, I try to suppress my appetite on my own due to psychological reasons I guess. I feel like I couldn't possibly need more than a certain amount of calories due to the starvation-induced slow metabolism and petite stature. But, I did realize something today that may be changing my mind. I think I'm going to talk about it in my journal though. Thanks a bunches
