Super quick question : Eat the delicious fat in the steak

    Shop Now
When i eat a nice piece of steak with someone, and they take out the pure fat from the meat, i grab my fork and eat all that delicious fat that they are so afraid of.

im talking about this http://d3ev8gv3qkgraz.cloudfront.net...-steak-fat.jpg . that white part with no meat.

Is it cool to eat that much? should i just eat the fat within the meat?

You should eat whatever makes you happy. If you like the fat, eat the fat.

    Depends on the animal.
    Quality pastured beef = yes
    Unknown/assorted/chain restaurant beef = no

grass fed, yes. Conventional that you get at the supermarket or restaurant? Probably not.

ETA: Sorry, didn't see someone else said this. WHAT THEY SAID!

Not "unhealthy" just less healthy. If you like it, eat it and who cares if it's grain-fed.

right. I'll keep it balanced, and eat just the fat from my own plate
