I made it to Monday!!! Now off to work! Seeing as how the weekend kicked me in the boys as far as eating goes. I started this day thinking I would go as long as I can before I ate.
8:30 am - 8oz coffee with 2oz of half & half
12:30 pm - 30 min walk, soooo nice out today!!
1:30 pm Half an avocado and a chicken breast.
Time to get through the rest of my work day, thanks for listening Journal! (That is sooo weird!)
7pm - 3 fried eggs, 2 Tbsp of sour cream and a cup of organic salsa.
