First of all, thank you so much for making this thread!
I decided to finally get active on the forum after a horrible episode of over eating (purely emotional, just a sudden 'what's the point, you arent going to ever get the figure you want' type thing). I'm not too sure what triggered it, because I started off eating super clean today. I'm starting to think I'm always going to be in my own way!
I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to 'battle your demons', so to speak, in regards to fat loss?
