I can't stop eating at night either.
One problem I have is that I am just legitimately fuckin hungry- I eat a light breakfast before the gym in the morning, then have a protein shake around noon when I get home, then am hungry for another meal around 3 or 4, so by dinner-time, I dont have much of an appetite, and just have a light meal or a snack. But 10 o'clock rolls around and I'm always thinking, "Shit I barely ate today."
Do you think it has to do with television? Later at night is when I do all of my tv-show watching, and people are always always eating, and I am always watching them eat and thinking, "oh that looks delicious."
