Thank you for your reply! It's pretty relieving to see someone in the same boat ! I have been tracking calories for a while (about a yearish, i'd stopped for a while but started up again). I was only getting to 1200-1400 calories a day (on non-binge days), and i'd thought that was okay, but CiKi pointed out that my maintenance would actually be 1800 (i thought it was 1500, so that number kind of scares me).
