    A "hash" I like to make out of half a sweet potato, some shredded cabbage, diced brussels sprouts and bacon. YUM. A few sliced of uncured bacon on the side.

    Primal Blueprint Expert Certification
    A concoction composed of pork chop leftovers and onions with chiles in adobo sauce covered in canned pumpkin mixed with egg (didn't rise like I wanted it to) and topped with a small amount of cheese. Served over mashed cauliflower. Tasted pretty good.
    Female, 5'3", 49, Starting weight: 163lbs. Current weight: 135 (more or less).
    I can squat 180lbs, press 72.5lbs and deadlift 185lbs
