Salmon and potato hash, made with garlic and vidalia onions, and a few over easy eggs
Half a small cauliflower mashed with butter and some leftover fresh tuna steak that I had marinated in miso, ginger and soy sauce and baked.
Female, 5'3", 49, Starting weight: 163lbs. Current weight: 135 (more or less).

1.5 cups of a greens soup that I make (kale, chard, spinach, whatever other greens I have) with 3 over-easy eggs cooked in coconut oil dumped into the soup. Plus a bit of really yummy asiago cheese crumbled on top.
8oz steak, 1/2 rack of ribs, salad, baked potato with butter and sour cream.

Haloumi, tomatillos, mushrooms and 3 eggs scrambled in butter, with a brewed coffee with a dash of cream and gelatin. I'm loving breakfast lately (no wonder!).

Roast lamb with roast veggies: red and gold kumara, buttercup pumpkin, beet root, parsnip and cauliflower.
