6 scrambled eggs from the local farm, 4 strips of local uncured bacon, home fries (about 2 potatoes worth) and some french pressed kona coffee. pretty standard weekday breakfast
Mine doesn't vary much. One large-ish mug of espresso with two tblsp of half 'n' half. If I'm out of half 'n' half, then 1/2 - 3/4 tblsp of butter. If low on both, 1/2 tblsp of coconut oil.

Perfection is entirely individual. Any philosophy or pursuit that encourages individuality has merit in that it frees people. Any that encourages shackles only has merit in that it shows you how wrong and desperate the human mind can get in its pursuit of truth.
I get blunter and more narcissistic by the day.
I'd apologize, but...
I had scrambled eggs (2) with half a roma tomato chopped up into them, along with three strips of bacon. Coffee to wash it down.
