Mine doesn't vary much. One large-ish mug of espresso with two tblsp of half 'n' half. If I'm out of half 'n' half, then 1/2 - 3/4 tblsp of butter. If low on both, 1/2 tblsp of coconut oil.

What am I doing? Depends on the day.

4 eggs, a steak, and some blueberries
300g beef steak, 2 fried eggs, 12-ish mushrooms, 1/2 a large carrot/1 small one, half an onion and 50ml of double cream in the sauce. Topped with a mid-morning grape and date snack, because nibbles.

Stumbled into Primal due to food allergies, and subsequent elimination of non-primal foods.
