Hey guys,

I just stumbled across some studies/blogs on the internet.. lol.. The dairy protein, casein, binds to polyphenols in my berries making them useless to my body.. They also said the cardiovascular health benefits from tea is prevented when milk is added.

Does this mean I should now stop adding milk to my tea and no yoghurt/berry desserts? If I take these studies seriously then that means I would have to stop mixing dairy with my food to get the health benefits.

What do you guys think?
