Lol, afraid of sitting.
So I stand/walk/pace most of my ten hour shift. Is this too much? Which is worse, standing too much or taking an hour here and there to sit? After all the fear propaganda against sitting (how rapidly blood pressure spikes, etc.) it seems very much worth avoiding. Any input?
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
