Been gone awhile and working to get back to 100% Primal eating. Still haven't learned how to handle stress without turning to junk food. I'm passed the first stressful event of the summer and am now on to the second one... a visit home. Over the last few weeks I gained back 12 lbs... crazy how easily it piles back on. I'm not focusing on that though, just making a goal to lose 10 lbs by August 1st - and to make it through July eating at least 90% Paleo... more would be ideal. I just don't trust that I'm in that head space yet. Anyway, it's good to be back... it's amazingly important to keep journal writing and reading up on Paleo, it's so much easier to fall back on old habits when I don't keep myself connected to this new way of life.
