    fish oil. that's it. dont even think i need it honestly. i trust that my food is supplying me with what i need. i'll take cod liver oil in the winter. sometimes i'll take some kelp. but i use that as a food. does that count as a supplement? nah.

    I posted this in another thread - I think I take too much supplements...

    (2) Nature Made Double Strength Fish Oil 1200mg

    (1) Nature Made Multi Complete Vitamin (has 1000 IU Vitamin D and iron)

    (3) Nature Made Vitamin D3 1000 IU

    (3) Nature's Bounty High Potency Biotin 1000 mcg (for hair and nails primarily)
