Eating all day could be your problem too. This trains your body to constantly expect new influxes of energy and never use its own fat stores to provide you with good, natural energy.
Try gradually eating fewer and fewer but larger meals spaced farther apart. Some of us even manage to eat only once a day. Of course our meal is extremely large, but it hasn't impacted us negatively to do so. You won't get here right away, but over time you just might.

Had slightly bigger meals today, some more veggies (pumpkin today), olive oil and extra coconut cream, also had more water and skipped the banana in my smoothie, now at around 70% veggies 30% fruit (the smoothie)... orange, will replace that with black berries tomorrow.
Lot more energy, not feeling weak! Had a long walk, just got back, still not hungry, only thing I had while walking, a couple of almonds and water.
Thanks again people!
