    If you're looking to lose weight and you're a female eating a full day's worth of meals on top of that, then I think it's just too much in terms of calories. Regarding nutrition though, you're fine, and it sounds delicious.

    Thanks, everyone. I tried one today using 1/2 a can of coconut milk and adding some water. It tasted great and had a little thinner consistency, which I like.

    I drink a can of coconut milk almost every day now after I don't do dairy, and I didn't gain any weight. I've also tried goat mlk but I hate the taste, and besides, coconut milk contains few calories if its unsweetened.
