I am setting myself a challenge to minimise my intake of sugar. I have been eating a paleo diet on off for the last 3 years, I am now 24. I definitely recognise the benefits in everything when i am going through a sustained period of eating clean, however due to practicing cheat days to continue my social life i never completely let go of sugar. I am now in a job where i travel around all the time and pretty much get fed by other people therefore cannot choose to eat paleo. However, I know when i am back home I will be eating on my own paleo terms again...
For now, though, I am certainly going to avoid eating and unnecessary sugary foods. For me the problem is snacks, they are always freely handed out where I am, and this often kicks off a binge. Anyway i wanted to keep this opening post short, to get the ball rolling.
