Jack Lalanne was the first body builder to live by nearly 100% Primal Blueprint rules, even before it was invented! He was 5'6 and won several bodybuilder competitions including Mr. Universe.
At your age, I would focus more on healthy eating and muscle building than worrying about height.

I completely agree with you on muscle building and healthy eating, but Jack LaLanne wasn't completely primal. I read on wiki that he was against a high fat diet (took out egg yolks) and ate a lot of grains.. But he was wayy ahead of his time anyhow and is right on the money when it comes to a healthy way to live.
