i started a thread a while back about best body weight exercise book and ended up buying a copy of BBY by Mark Lauren. I have started it. day 3 of cycle 1. week 1. i am surprised at how hard simple body weight exercises are despite the fact i have been gyming it doing heavy weights for years. i am enjoying it alot so far and i can see it has alot of potential.

i was wondering if anyone else out there is doing it and is further along the track than me. how did you go with the progressions? how are you finding it?
