    Hi from Tennessee

    Shop Now
My husband and I went "Primal" today. I have struggled with my weight since I was 13 years old using Conventional Wishdom. I spent the last 2 weeks researching the Primal lifestyle and finally, something that makes sense. I have always been active and have enjoyed an active lifestyle, however, my recent difficult pregnancy and difficult labor at 38 years old has left me inactive and extremely overweight. My daughter is now 18 months old and I am turning 40 this month and am determined to get healthy not only for myself but so that I can be the best Mom possible (and hopefully give my daughter a brother or a sister). I love this website and am looking forward to learning from all the more experienced members.

    Hello!

I'm moving to Knoxville in a couple months. There's a great little tribe of us started there already. Welcome to the good life. You'll have lots of local support!

Welcome aboard. I was in Tennessee once, and I don't know if it was the timing or magic or what, but it was the most beautiful place I'd ever been and full of peace and simplicity. Seems like a great place to go primal. Ok, it was a while ago. Probably not so laid back anymore

Best of luck to both of you.

East Tennessee is beautiful! Lots of great hikes in the Great Smoky Mountains! Thank you for the welcome!

Your son will have no problem getting healthy foods in Knoxville. There are a couple of Earthfares, Trader Joes, and Farmers Markets.
