Another Primal UK girl here! Been around for a while, only just started to speak though... :-p

Can't contain my excitement at how the media here is finally picking up on primal/paleo nutrition and benefits of high fat etc. My family are fed up of me shoving it down their throats at the dinner table, but if they read it in the news, well, of course it makes sense to them now...!

Every time I hear the dirty word 'exercise', I wash my mouth out with chocolate.

Hey, it's lovely to see you all

The sun's out, 'Eloise' by The Damned has just come on the radio and I'm rubbing ghee on some big fat chicken legs - does life get any better than this?!

Well, last night I learned that ghee makes chicken skin UNBELIEVABLY GOOD and that frozen raspberries mixed with full fat Greek yoghurt and a tiny splurge of honey are also... UNBELIEVABLY GOOD.

I love love love eating this way.

Long and boring meeting early this morning meant no coffee... am really feeling the need right now. And am pretty peckish for some lunch even though I usually don't eat until 1pm at the earliest.

The best bacon I've ever tasted was from deepest, darkest Perthshire (Scotland).
