    Yeah, I've heard too much sex is bad also. The ex and I tried to keep it to twice a day so as not to wear ourselves out. We're in our 50s and 60s, so I think thrice a day would have been too much.

    OP- Honestly, I think if you are feeling healthy and happy, and nothing is forced- have at it! Every couple is different! As long as you are in tune with your body- it'll let you know when too much is too much.

    Peak weight on Standard American Diet: 316.8 lbs
    Initial Weight When Starting Primal: 275 lbs
    Current weight: 210.8 lbs
    Goal weight: 220 lbs (or less): MISSION ACCOMPLISHED.

    Yes there is, if you start to chafe or develop sores it is too much.
    Eating primal is not a diet, it is a way of life.
