Hi guys, first day and first post on here.
20 year old male from Ireland. Have been Paleo for about 4 months and do Crossfit 3 times a week. 6'1 and about 12stone. I am always looking for ways to improve both my health and performance so any recommendations are welcome. Before I started Paleo I was Celiac because I have an intolerance to gluten.
Anyone else on here on Ireland?
