    they should have sent you a estimated delivery date? it is hard work tho. i almost felt better when i could look forward to getting it and do a few pushups while i was waiting LOL totally different to weight training. my heart pounds and i hyperventilate LOL well not quite that bad but it is very high intensity. you do need to push yourself. in other words actual do the hardest progression you can manage and then move onto the next when you can do 12. dont just cruise and do 12 awesomely well.

    oh no it is well worth the pain. it's just not easy but then it isnt supposed to do which is why so few people can do chin ups and pistol squats. they are hard.

    I'm walking more (I know, but every little helps) trying to get back up to more than two hours a day. And every extra ten minutes I do, I think: Seaweed would be proud. I twigged that I'm flying home in ***nine weeks*** for a three-week stay. Need to lose the misery poundage (an inch all round or thereabouts) before my trip.

    LOL yes i would be proud of you! and way to go on going home. it will be interesting to hear how you find it.

    i was sposed to have a rest day today as i had done 2 consecutive BBY days and then a gym day but it didnt work out like that. so...

    food.
    cup of water first thing. i wasnt up to pill popping.
    omlette and coffee

    more coffee mid morning

    lunch was some slices of venison heart, some bits of pan fried beef mince and some pan fried venison mince. and more coffee

    cup of water mid afternoon

    dinner was a faleo pinapple upside down cake and a cup of earl grey.

    exercise.
    boxing bag tabatas ( box 20 secs, rest 10 secs x 8 )
    6k walk in the rain. AND. i can run but i can feel it so i am not going to do it yet.
