Healthy, Safe, Sustainable or Primal!
I would much rather get to a healthy sustainable weight and body fat percentage whether it be 9% or 15%. Health and fitness are my number one goals now and body fat percentage will came along with that!

I'm probably under 10% now. Eating 3000 calories, IF and VLC.
I do some weights when I can be bothered and no cardio.
The "Seven Deadly Sins"
• Grains (wheat/rice/oats etc) . . . . . • Dairy (milk/yogurt/butter/cheese etc) . . . . .• Nightshades (peppers/tomato/eggplant etc)

And, what do you consider VLC? What is your typical food intake?
I am asking because my experience so far with PB has been that I gain weight eating too many calories. However, I still have some carbs, but not much. My higher days I probably do about 60-70, and my regular days are about 25-40.
I'm trying the leangains.com approach. I'm having trouble getting enough calories in during the 8 hour window though.
I went from 152 to 148, but feel like 6 pack definition actually got worse. There were a lot of other variables during that time though, so I'm going to give it a week next week and see how it goes.
^ Try eating some coconut oil before your meals (1-2 tablespoons). I'm currently doing that, and so far it has greatly accelerated my weight loss efforts.
