So far.. getting ready for long ride
B= 2 whole eggs fried in 1tbsp. evoo, 1/2 tomatoe, 2 slices onion,2tbsp. pumpkin seeds, coffee w/ splash milk
S= 1 banana

felt pretty shitty on that ride! Glad to be done.
During the ride:
1/2 grapefruit, 1 banana, 1 apple, bottle propel, 4 water bottles
Lunch- complete starved! 5 oz. chicken cooked in half tbsp. sesame oil, 1 medium sweet potato drizzled in vanilla and sprinkle cinnamon, mixed green salad with 1/2 shredded carrot and balsamic vinegar, english tea with stevia
<pm- 45 min weights/core>
D: going to be 6 oz. poached salmon with braised kale, sauteed onions, and broccoli to my hearts content
before bed snack: don't know yet.. I think its gonna be an almond "pancake" topped with some walnuts
*note: I burned 2,000 calories on my ride today hence why I look like a piglet!
