I think the Whole 30 thing is really severe. I know that kind of restriction would be a disaster for me. As Tim said, don't punish yourself just because you relaxed and had a nice holiday.
If you feel a bit clogged up, the best thing to do is drink lots of hot water with lemon and a pinch of salt. And resume your regular eating habits. Seriously, enjoy the occasional treat
