I started Primal eating as of yesterday and would appreciate your advice on what I have eaten today. Whether I have had too much or too little of something.
Breakfast - skipped breakfast as wasnt hungry
Lunch - Veal joint, 2 small sausages, cauliflower, broccoli and onions
Dinner - chicken breast, 2 slices of prosciutto ham, 2 chillis, 1 red pepper, scambled egg (made with coconut butter), 3 mushrooms, sauerkraut
Desert - a few grapes
Drinks wise I have had a lot of water and 3 fruit teas.
